The novelties for 2015 edition
The supporting program of trade events at oils+fats 2015 builds a bridge between R&D and industrial applications. The individual events in this program are being held at an 'Innovations Platform' located in the exhibition hall itself.
The motto for this platform is: 'Science meets Industry'. On day one of the fair, the supporting program takes a look at the global markets. Thomas Mielke, of ISTA Mielke GmbH - OIL WORLD, Hamburg, will be giving a lecture entitled 'Influence of the global market for oilseed on its production and processing in Europe'. On day two the focus is on biorefineries, and on day three the lectures will concentrate on the theme of automation.
This year, the supporting program of oils+fats will again feature a 'Practical Short Course', spread over two days, directed at young professionals and newcomers.
