La Pasta: simple, tasty and healthy. PastaTrend, the Great Show of the Pasta, gathers farmers, flour manufacturers, manufacturers of industrial and artisan pasta, technology companies and renowned chefs to exhibit and showcase the great variety of pastas and the different ways of preparing them.
