JIHE - Japan International Hemp Expo: the trade show
JIHE 2026 — Japan International Hemp Expo returns to Tokyo on November 13–14, 2026, at House of OMOTESANDO in the Omotesando district. As Japan's largest CBD and hemp industry gathering, JIHE brings together domestic and international brands, distributors, cultivators, researchers, medical professionals and policymakers at a pivotal moment for the Japanese market: the revised Cannabis Control Act, in force since December 2024, has opened a new legal framework for cannabinoid products and industrial hemp in the world's third-largest consumer economy.
The two-day program combines an exhibition floor, conference sessions covering medical cannabinoids, industrial hemp, regulation and market trends, and extensive networking. Day 1 (Business Day) is dedicated to B2B meetings between exhibitors, buyers and industry stakeholders; Day 2 (Community Day) opens the venue to the public, connecting brands directly with Japanese consumers.
The previous edition drew national TV coverage and international delegations, including a U.S. industry delegation. JIHE 2026 is organized by Asabis Inc. and co-organized by Green Zone Japan, with ties to the Asia International Hemp Federation (AIHF).
Admission is free with advance registration. International attendees can register via Luma (https://luma.com/hpztknzq) or in Japanese via Peatix (https://jihe2026.peatix.com). For exhibiting and partnership inquiries, contact info@asabis.co.jp.
