Interop Las Vegas is the leading technology conference and expo specially designed to inspire, inform, and connect the world's IT community. The show took place between 27th April and 1st May so we've been interviewing the organizers for knowing all the details and impressions of this awaited show. Next edition will take place on May 2-6 2016, so save the date for next year!
What have been the novelties for this years Interop edition?
This year Interop focused on diversity and giving back to the technology community. We partnered with non-profits in the Las Vegas area and hosted a mentoring program to connect them to our technology-savvy attendees. In addition to working with non-profits, we invited teenage female students to attend to learn about working in the technology industry.
Which is the main aim of the show?
Interop’s goal is to connect the global IT community. Our attendees are IT and technology managers and directors, and exhibitors are technology vendors. We want to bring both groups together in a vibrant environment for learning and conducting business.
Can you give me 3 reasons why I cannot miss the show?
Technology is changing constantly. To remain relevant in our industry you must continue to learn and make connections.
Interop is the only US-based event that provides a comprehensive vendor-neutral technology environment.
- In addition to technology education, we also feature leadership education. We want our community to continue to advance in their careers.
