HostelCat: the trade show
hostelCat is a show where the professionals of the hotel and restaurant industry of Tarragona with the aim of spreading the cuisine that's elaborated in that province and boosting the gastronomical tourism in the area.
A part from being an important showcase of the products and typical drinks of Tarragona, hostelCat is an ideal space for exchanging information and knowledge among its professionals.
Cooks, Patissiers or Someliers, among many others, participate in the technical conferences and demonstrations that are included in hostelCat.
