"Les Halles des Foires" exhibition centre in Liège unfurls in spatial surroundings close to the River Meuse and the natural landscape formed by the avenues of plane trees. Very easy to reach, the area is served by a comprehensive highway network as well as a rapid and permanent link with the heart of Liège via public transport.
It hosts Fairs, shows, exhibitions, sporting events, festivals - just about anything is possible. It has six exhibitions halls, a total covered area of 15000 m2, and a ceremonial hall with natural lighting. Thanks to a system of mobile and retracting partitions, it is very easy to join together or divide up areas, enabling the facility to meet the most modest needs as well as the largest of projects.
And if that’s not enough, a 4000 m2. esplanade can also host outdoor events. A landing stage on the banks of the River Meuse is available to receive visitors arriving at "les Halles des Foires" by pleasure boat. As a favoured meeting venue for regional and international partners, it represents a key component of the Walloon Region’s commercial strategy.
