The new trade fair area is very well placed: it is served directly by the international airport of Orio al Serio, Milan at only 50 kilometres' distance, Malpensa airport lies at 75 kilometres' distance. The pavilions, named after two well-known characters from Bergamo, Maestro Gaetano Donizetti and the architect Giacomo Quarenghi, are supplied with all the most modern technological services on each exhibition stand. The complex is surrounded by a wide green area and its strategic position affords a charming view of the historical upper part of the city of Berga
