What is the exhibitor profile?
The exhibitions are technical and scientific displays of current and future healthcare practices, goods and services relevant to the field of cardiology. Industries which are active in the research, production, approval, marketing and distribution of such goods and services are invited to participate. In addition, certain other types of business are invited as exhibitors, notably publishers, booksellers, food and nutrition specialists, companies advertising sporting and healthy lifestyle goods as well as non-profit healthcare organisations and academic institutions.
The ESC requires all exhibitors to respect the educational spirit of the congress and will welcome companies with products, services and innovations with demonstrable interest related to the prevention and management of cardiovascular disease.

The three main cardiology events are ESC Congress, AHA Meeting and ACC Scientific Session.

A total of 32,859 healthcare professionals gathered in Munich to hear breaking news on cardiovascular medicine presented at ESC Congress 2018. 30 countries were represented and over 4,500 abstracts were presented in 500 expert sessions.

The Exhibition Area provided the opportunity for delegates to engage with industry professionals and learn more about the latest developments and research in cardiovascular products and therapies. Exhibitors hosted a variety of scientific activities on a total of 145 stands which allowed for instructive encounters throughout the congress.
In 2018, the ESC introduced a Digital Health Area for the first time in the ESC Congress history. This gave Digital Health innovation drivers the opportunity to present their products and research in a dedicated area: 18 exhibiting companies displayed their latest developments in a dynamic setting, with technology at the heart of discussions.
