The novelties of the next edition

There are lots of new and exciting features, which we have integrated into this year’s ibtm china 2015 including:

  • A communication hub in the middle of the show floor, with seminars and destination presentations which will allow further networking opportunities for both exhibitors and Hosted Buyers.

  • A big screen above the communication hub to broadcast industry news, live announcements and videos about the show

  • A VIP Tour open to top-level buyers, which will provide exhibitors with an added-value service and an extra opportunity for them to enhance their connections with buyers.

  • There will be an official awards ceremony during the event for the exhibitors and Hosted Buyers.

Another session entitled “AV Stands For Added Value” will give the attendees a better understanding of the role of Added Value and technical production in meeting/event design as well as tips on how to engage AV partner to create better event experience, manage content and improve ROI.

Every session as part of the ibtm china knowledge programme will be CMP accredited and attendees will find that the content is supportive of their own career and personal development.

Post show research conducted following the event confirmed that 86% of exhibitors attending agreed that ibtm china was very important to their business and that the show is fully representative of the industry; 90% of Hosted Buyers were satisfied with the appointments matched to their business needs and 73% of Hosted Buyers are likely to place business as a result of attending ibtm china.
