Andalucía Sabor is a monographic event that gathers every two years agrofood companies from all over Europe to showcase their products and services to the professionals of the HORECA sector (Hotel, Restaurant and Catering).

A part from the wide selection of food and drinks for those with a discerning palate, this show carries out a Congress on Haute Cuisine, the Best Novel Cook of the Year Competition and all types of tastings and cooking demonstrations.
