VEGANA.GAL: the trade show
The fifth edition of the Vegan and Sustainable Fair of Galicia will be held at the Vigo Trade Fair Institute (IFEVI) on October 25 and 26, 2025.
CONTENTS OF THE FAIR
With the intention of showing the public all kinds of alternatives and novelties, Vegana.gal will cover the following contents:
· Exhibitor booths and food trucks.
· Showcookings by renowned vegan chefs who will show other gastronomic models.
· Talks and debates on environmental education, nutrition, sustainability and veganism.
Workshops on sustainability where you can learn how to take the step towards a greener lifestyle.
· Samples and tastings of food products such as vegan cheeses, pumpkin sausages, hyper-realistic burgers or pastries, as well as alternatives to plastic, aluminum foil and single-use packaging.
· Representatives of Sanctuaries and NGOs will publicize the essential work they do for animals and the care of the planet.
· Meeting point for professionals in the sector.
· As an inclusive event, the fair will have a children's area for the youngest public where they can develop all kinds of activities carefully adapted to their age.
