Fira Barcelona, Gran Via

The construction of Fira de Barcelona Venue - Gran Via started in 1995, with the intention to provide Barcelona with a new venue according to the size of the tradeshows held at the City. It counts on 240,000 sqm for indoor exhibitions in a new area providing state-of-the-art infrastructures to celebrate the most demanding International events. The building, designed by the Japanese architect Toyo Ito , is equipped with high end technologies for tradeshows and will leave its imprint on the City, such as it has been doing since1888 in its historical Montjuic venue.
