Fiera Milano has one of the largest exhibition grounds in Europe, occupying 26 pavilions, with a gross exhibition space of 348,000 sq.m. as well as 200,000 sq.m for non-exhibiting activities.
The most recent and major work was done in the mid 90's with the construction of three new large pavilions (14, 15 and 16), completely self-financed, on the "Portello" area. These buildings offer modern service and logistic structures.
Fiera Milano can also rely on 4 permanent rooms for fashion shows, 27 movie screening halls and 38 conference rooms with seating for 20 to 2,000 people. These rooms, which are designed for holding meetings during the exhibitions as well as conferences and other events, includes 12 ultra modern rooms in the multifunctional center which was recently completed when Pavilion 17 was restructured.
