The purpose of CIFCOM2018 is to know significant experiences and good practices in the training and management of human talent, within an area that allows to apply with a human face the scientific-technological development with new pedagogical approaches, as well as with didactic strategies, through the new educational scenarios, for greater social inclusion and educational coverage in Ibero-America and the Caribbean.
