What do you think that stands out from other similar shows?

Personal Austria combines the advantages of an exhibition and a conference. Visitors have the chance to talk to many exhibitors, explore innovative products and see lots of presentations regarding the recent HR trends – all in one place. It is the Austrian hot spot for HR-experts.

The show is also the perfect place to discover different products and services. What are the coming trends?

Our exhibitors show a wide line-up of products that represent the digitalization of human resource management. The digital transformation implements not only new possibilities in personnel administration; they furthermore show new ways in development, recruiting and knowledge management. Exhibitors like Persis, REXX systems, Infoniqa, Bioware, SIS Evosoft EDV, workflow EDV and Schuhfried show, what smart HR-software provides for our future work life.

And on the same line, what can you highlight from the next edition? What is going to be the novelties?

  • For the first time, we present six keynote speakers, who will talk about the future of work and give tips for economic and individual success. Business-Angelina Selma Prodanovic e.g. shows us new business models and trendy topics out of the start-up-world – that is represented at Personal Austria by an own area only for start-up companies.
  • Our other renowned speakers are Erich Falkensteiner, Josef Unterholzner, Univ.-Prof. Dr Wolfgang Mazal, Alexander Pointner and Corporate Learning-Expert Univ.-Doz. Dipl.-Ing. Dr techn. (habil.) Martin Ebner.
  • An own space to communicate possibilities about the complex refugee-situation in Europe is given by our new integration area – with best-practice-examples and speeches.

During the exhibition, we can also enjoy many conferences and events... Do you recommend us anything in particular?

Yes, indeed. I warmly recommend our exclusive HR-party-event at Vienna’s “Madame Tussauds” near the famous “Prater”: Our so-called #HR_Feierwerk, that invites all HR-managers, visitors and exhibitioners on the evening of the first exhibition day to enjoy dining and dancing with the stars out of wax.

What represents Personal Austria for the annual calendar of the industry?

Personal Austria is the highlight on the Austrian HR calendar because it shows the upcoming trends of the HR world and inspires leaders of the HR-segment, to implement new technologies improving the different procedures that are essential for an advanced and progressive HR-management. The innovations that are presented at Personal Austria will upgrade the business world and make working easier.
