Pabogel: the trade show
The biennial exhibition of restaurants, Pabogel, is aimed at Italian and European restaurateurs, hoteliers and manufacturing professionals. The fair is divided into sectors: bakery, confectionery, ice cream, pizza, beer, wine, restaurant, pasta, bar and hotel. Among the products displayed is: raw materials, furniture and accessories, semi-processed and finished, machinery, furnaces, computer services, equipment, work clothes, air conditioners, industrial machinery, cleaning and hygiene products for food and service planning of accessories, packaging, wine, beer, decor, coffee, etc.. Product launches, show-cooking, tastings and educational activities accompany the show.
