Light India International: the trade show
Indian society of lighting engineers (isle) is planning to host the prestigious Lii (Light India International) the biannual trade show, for the first time in Kolkata. Lii 2015 shall take place from 27th November to 30th November 2015 in the Milan Mela Complex Kolkata. LUX Pacifica 2015 would be held concurrently along with Lii 2015 in Hotel ITC Sonar at Kolkata from 27th November to 29th November 2015. Manufacturers from different parts of globe and different parts of India itself will display their latest products; such as LED spotlights, LED floodlights, LED panel strips lights, Eco halogen lamps, LED filaments, high-efficiency LED tube, smart lamps, LED solar lights, Intelligent LED power supply controlling system, etc related to the Lighting & Energy Conservation Industry. The theme of Lii 2015 “Rhythm Of Light” fits in appropriately considering UNESCO has dubbed 2015 as “The Year Of Light & Light based Technologies”. This biannual international trade show started in 1991 in Delhi, and now carries on biannually, changing locations to be in different Indian cities. The last trade show was held in Chennai during 13th September to 16th September 2013. The next show is expected to be held in Bengaluru in 2017, and the following show after takes place in Mumbai in 2019.
