H+G: the trade show
Held every two years in Santiago de Chile, the H+G One is the Gourmet Show that invites visitors to discover and enjoy the latest in gourmet tastes. On display are local delicacies, fine wines and beverages, international cuisine as well as show-cooking events and chef master classes. A section of the show is set aside for health and alternative tendencies within the fine foods market. Also, H+G One offers the latest trends in food security, technologies and equipement.
