Test your senses at eat&STYLE

Every year we enjoy about eat&STYLE, which brings the coming trends and the experience of the senses. And every year they surprise us with their events in Dusseldorf, Munich, Hamburgo and Stuttgart. The next one will be in Stuttgart and it will be so soon! For this reason, we contacted them and we asked them some questions about what we will find on the next edition.

 

What delicious new things are we going to find this year? And then novelties of the trade show?

There are several new trends in nine theme areas. The trend „from nose to toe“ - holistic use -will be shown at the men’s world academy.

At wine&STYLE there are offered young German wines. There will also be shown new exciting recipes at Miele Küchentricks. For example, Hokkaido-potato-ragout with entrecôte.

You exhibit in 4 different places. Is there any difference between the fairs?

There are no differences between the places. Only the eat&STYLE in Stuttgart is a little bit different because it is part of the Stuttgarter Messe Herbst. This is a merger of nine fairs.

Why did you choose Dusseldorf, Munich, Hamburg and Stuttgart as the places for the trade fair?

We made good experiences in Munich, Hamburg and Stuttgart in the last year. The audience and the exhibitors were great.

Düsseldorf is a new location. The Areal Böhler is a perfect location for the eat&STYLE in this region.


What is the visitor's profile?

Our target group are urban people from 25 - 45 years, who are interested in cooking and want to collect new culinary experience.

Could you give some tips for those exhibiting for the first time in the fair?

Those, who exhibited for the first time, should attract the visitors with small actions. The visitors are very interested and always open for a conversation.

The exhibition is a great opportunity for establishing new business contacts. How would you encourage visitors and exhibitors for don’t miss it?

The eat&TSYLE is a B2C fair. There are no new business contacts to establish.

Lastly, can you give us some participation results from the last edition?

There were 85.000 visitors at the last edition. The workshops were fully booked, the exhibitors were satisfied and the visitors were enthusiastic.
