APCS Summit: the trade show

The APCS and Mayors' Forum is an event initiated by Brisbane City Council that drives economic growth for Brisbane, Australia, South East Queensland and the Asia Pacific region. It was first held in Brisbane in1996 and has been held biennially since 1999. Recognized as the region’s premier business and government forum for urban development and managing cities, APCS Summit provides a interactive and dynamic platform for participants to exchange knowledge, identify common ideas, develop shared solutions, build city governance success across the Asia Pacific region and ensure sustained prosperity. The Asia Pacific Cities Summit is an integral part of Brisbane Council's economic development agenda for the international city. This summit serves to foster worldwide networks and create new business relationships and solid economic and trade relations among cities, organizations and individuals in the region. Brisbane City Council is the secretariat of the APCS.
