C.M.A. has been projecting and building for many years machines and plants according to the European sanitary standards. C.M.A. improves the way of life in the working places since our robots can reduce considerably the emissions which are injurious to the Environment and the waste of polluting substances. Roby Ex is a five or a six-axes anthropomorphous robot, suitable for the liquid and the powder automatic painting, and for spraying in general. It has been studied to operate in particularly hostile environments, where electrostatic systems are used. It is used in various sectors and on different materials, such as: WOOD / PLASTIC / METAL / CERAMIC. Moreover it can be used for spraying dopes, glues, reinforcing resins and anti-adherents on moulds. Roby Ex is built in several versions according to the requested application. Each version can have five or six axes; the version with six axes can swing its wrist so that the jet of the pistol can be directed in any direction. The EX-P (explosion-proof) PROTECTION permits to operate with safety conditions also in potentially explosive environments.
