The Show was created by some of Languedoc-Roussillon winemakers seeking to increase awareness of their products, wines made from grapes of organic farming, and the characteristics of the new vintage to their buyers. It includes a very representative offers wines from grapes of organic farming. Thus, there are over 560 producers in South Africa, Germany, Argentina, Austria, Bulgaria, Chile, Egypt, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, USA ...
