Invite-only English wine tasting, exclusively for the trade.
After the success of 2016's 'English Wine Takeover' in Birmingham, we would like to invite you to our second annual English wine trade tasting.
In collaboration with English Wine Producers, this exclusive, invite-only tasting will be held at Hotel du Vin, Birmingham, where a variety of English red, white, rosé, dessert and, of course, English sparkling wines, from a number of local and national producers, will be available to try. This is also a great chance to catch up with other local trade attending the event.
There is no charge for entry and you are free to attend anytime between 12 - 5 on Monday 23rd January 2017.
We had some excellent feedback from our 2016 consumer event with 85% of attendees saying they would purchase English wine after the event. Interest in the region is rising and many bars and restaurants are already bolstering their wine lists with English offerings. The event will put you in touch directly with producers and give you a chance to sample and get to know their products.
