A new edition will take place on September at McCormick Place in Chicago and is expected to attract more thans 20,000 attendees. The novelties of the next edition

  • We have added a co-packer pavilion to the show, expanded our Distribution and Supply Chain Pavilion from 2013 and our Ingredients, Flavorings and Seasonings Pavilion is nearly sold out.
  • We have added all of the free educational sessions on the exhibit floor, to keep the show more centrally located.

  • We have two co-location partners: FPSA’s Process Expo and Nuremburg Messe North America’s InterBev Process. Combined we are expecting over 20,000 industry professionals and more than 1,000 exhibiting companies spanning over 325,000 square feet of exhibits.
  • Our Innovations Awards submissions are open until July 17, 2015 and we encourage industry suppliers to enter.

Your Design Stand For The International Dairy Show

What I have to know to exhibit in Chicago (some specific rules in venues...)?

Booth space fees do not include a stand/booth unless otherwise noted. GES is the general contractor for the show. Exhibitors are allowed to use a third party for booth construction but must notify GES in advance. Two million dollars of liability insurance is also required to exhibit at the show. There is a list of exclusive vendors available in the Dairy Show Exhibitor Manual for details.
