APAO: the trade show
Following the success the 25thAPAO-AAO Joint Meeting in Beijing, China, in 2010 that brought together over 10,000 delegates from all over the world and the success of subsequent APAO annual congresses, we are pleased to have the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) co-sponsor the 30th APAO Congress, which will continue to serve as an important platform in the Asia-Pacific region for ophthalmologists and visual scientists to share their expertise, explore novel discoveries, and most importantly, forge and renew friendships.
The 30th APAO Congress will be held in Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center, which is located at the foot of Baiyun Mountain. Under the leadership of Prof Dennis Lam, the Scientific Program Committeeis engineering an exciting, first-class scientific program, covering major developments in the various subspecialties. We are anticipating over 1,000 international top-notch speakers and more than 8,000 delegates from all over the world.
March 2016 Edition:
Held in Taipei, APAO 2016 is devoted to bringing together the latest developments in ophthalmology and visual sciences with a comprehensive scientific program covering a myriad of sub specialities. It features highly respected, internationally renowned speakers who will share their experiences and knowledge, showcasing significant cutting-edge advancements that will impact and shape the future of ophthalmology.
